    Having completed her Msc. Human Nutrition she went onto lead a human clinical trial, examining the cardiovascular health benefits of concord grape polyphenols at Kings College before transitioning into Science Communications at The Nutrition Society.

    Dr Emily Prpa is an award-winning nutritionist, with a PhD in Nutritional Sciences. Her research has focused on the therapeutic effects of plant-based foods. Today she specialises in nutrition communications. Emily is currently the Science Manager at Yakult Science for Health UK & Ireland.
